Moulding "Mould design and production".
We have assumed an important role in the design and production of steel, aluminium or other alloys moulds. This has been accomplished by keeping up on the technological innovations in the industry and using them to create the most reliable and competitive products in the market.
Our experience, with the use of cutting edge machineries, driven by a skilled and constantly updated staff, permits us to produce any type of plastic or polyurethanic resin objects (even those not related to our core business, Automotive ).
Since the start of the year, the plastic injection moulding machines are among the strongest products we now offer in this category.

The articles described in our catalogue on the page “container and filtering”, are all offerings from our direct design and production.
Our equipment allows us to produce 10 different products in the same day, yielding, approximately 25.000 pieces every day.
Many of the semi-manufactured products, that serve as parts on our articles, such as supports or flanges for pad-works, nylon basements, hand cleaning paste buckets, are also, our own production.
Corcos Foam and Resin Department
We take great pride in this sector, as it is the oldest, having been developed at the start of the business in 1953, it is the foundation for many other branches of production. While our W-8 remains the foam leader, we have created and continue to evolve this product line.
We just presented the new W-190 black and W-64 with great success.
Our control of production, allows us to produce up to 5000 polishing pads a day. Orders reaching a minimum quantity can be personalized. We can offer any diameter, height and density, as well as personalized packaging. We can easily meet your customization needs.

With the word “resins”, we want to include all our products as: pad-works or supports for surface’s smoothing and sandpapering, manual sanding blocks with anti-dust system etc… of which we are creator and producer.
It is an area in continuous evolution, cause of the new sandpapering systems and the innovative types of abrasives, proposed by the market.
We count more than 40 types of sanding blocks, among the ones in the catalogue and among the ones our of our standard production, and about 100 types of pad-works.

In the last years, we invested a lot in this area.
At the beginning, we focused our goals in the cosmetics section, realizing a cleaning line called “Cedronet”.
At today, we produce 4 different types of hand cleaning paste and a liquid soap.
Each product has a specific use, in accordance with the needs of our customers:
- Cedronet, the traditional bucket, suitable for every sector.
- Cedronet special, tube if 250ml, ideal for garages.
- Super cedronet, dispenser, for the maximum hygiene.
- Cedronet paint-Off, specific for painters.
- Cedronet Soap, liquid soap.
Considering the importance of these products and the fact that they are in contact with our skin, we pick and use first rate materials.
For these reasons and following the laws in force in the E.U. all our products are certified and authorized by the Italian Department of Health.

Referring to our chemical products, our line spaces from the traditional underbodies with brush or with spray to the more innovative compounds and polishes.

- "Superpast Noir", an abrasive liquid black paste.
- "Asso Polish", a polish.

Since 10 years, we produce masking paper and graduated paper cup.
This was possible, thanks to the semi-automatic machineries, that convert about 20 tons of paper every month.
We produce any heights and lengths, with internal or external bright.
We use:
- Kraft 60gm chamois.
- Kraft 40gm EX-kraft.
- Kraft 50gm chamois.
- Kraft 40gm SW-kraft.
- Kraft 40gm “white mp” polythenete.
We are in progress to perfectioning a new packaging system “Labeling” to be able to print directly on the paper. |
