In the business sector of synthetic wool mittens, Corcos has an entire series of products that target highly diversified uses, from those specifically designed for water based paints to those for solvents or even those for wood surfaces.
Among the many products that are part of the Corcos synthetic wool mitten line, one of the most significant is the White Tampon which is sold in a single, bagged unit; it is a white, solid adhesive/sticky mitten which holds up well at cold temperatures. It is used for cleaning all of the sanded parts prior to the painting phase.
It totally eliminates sanding residue or dust and leaves on the surface a transparent film which facilitates paint adhesion. 90x44 cm in dimension, it is available in 3 types: traditional, for all types of paint, orange-white for steel or wood surfaces, more resinous sunny tack cloths more suited to industrial use. In addition to the various other anti-silicon mittens, we note on in particular, 'politex' (covered by a Corcos patent), which is distinguished by its capacity to resist solvents; it is washable, does not shed and is very absorbent, even in the case of oily substances.
Also worthy of note is the microfiber mitten, 40x40cm it is perfect for all surface finishing, cleaning and drying operations. Of all of the Corcos products in the synthetic wool mitten line, the Blue White tampon stands out; it is specific for water based paints and has all of the characteristics of a traditional mitten; i.e. single sack package, 90x44cm in size, to the touch it is a solid adhesive, white mitten to be kept in refrigerated: it is recommended for cleaning sanded surfaces prior to painting.
In a single pass it eliminates sanding residue and favours paint adhesion thanks to the transparent film it leaves on the treated surface.
